Infinite parallels

Agata meticulously crafts exquisite, sculptural adornments by skillfully fashioning opulent alloys into tangible works of art.

Drawing inspiration from the captivating formations of bismuth crystal structures, which emerge when molten metal cools and solidifies, she breathes life into her creations.

Each piece she creates is a testament to her unparalleled craftsmanship and unwavering dedication to transforming raw materials into wearable masterpieces.

''Bismuth is a fascinating type of metal. Once molten, does not solidify to its previous self. Instead, when cooling down, forms three-dimensional crystals, so complex and incomparable as if they emerged from a different world.''

the secret of

OUR CRAFTSMANSHIP

Is in the exquisite art of 'hot sculpting', the precious metals are delicately shaped when they approach the brink of their molten state. The epitome of refinement, this technique has evolved over the years to become an iconic hallmark of our unparalleled design.

Achieving perfection lies in the meticulous calibration of temperature, ensuring it remains at the precise threshold where the alloy remains malleable, yet resisting solidification.

Designer Maker

From her early childhood years, Agata felt compelled by art. She loved to draw so much that she used every given opportunity to redecorate the
walls of her house with her doodles. Forbidden to paint on the walls, she would secretly crawl under her bed to at least colour some segments
of white padded wallpaper with a crayon.

Finding Art in Jewellery

Her journey with jewellery started in 2014 after a friend introduced her to the industry. She fell for it immediately and soon jewellery making became her passion. She started working with silver, gradually discovering, and testing different techniques. Being self-taught has
encouraged her to take risks and enjoy the adventure of making.

Working in London's Hatton Garden she instantly grew passionate about fine jewellery craftsmanship. In her work, she applies her signature,
antiquity-inspired texture to contemporary fine jewellery design.

Keen to expand her skills in jewellery design, Agata started her Master of Arts degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing in 2022.

'At this point of my career, it just felt necessary. I have been focusing on commercial jewellery design for far too long; my creativity has gone inert. I dreamt of making fine, sculptural jewellery supported by academic research.' - Agata Karwowska
