The Liquid Aurum Molten Wide Band Ring captures an eruption of 18k gold in a personal statement. Its volcanic landscape is formed in the process of sculpting the molten metal with fire where it solidifies and flows again under the artist's hand.

Manipulating the gold structure between solidus and liquidus temperatures allows sculpting small clusters on its surface. These form when the molten metal recrystallises and appear as raw, coarse grains in controlled areas. Subsequent working and shaping of the metal consolidates the process, significantly improving its durability and strength.
