Ready to Ship

Agata Karwowska has a 14-days returns policy on all in-stock and ready-to-ship items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, jewellery must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and undamaged, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email info@agatakarwowska.com. If your return is accepted, you will be advised on how to send your package securely

You will be responsible for returning your item and its safety in transit. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

In the interest of hygiene, Agata Karwowska reserves the right not to accept returns on pierced jewellery.

Items on sale and gift cards are also exempt from this refund policy. 

Made to Order, Custom and Bespoke

Certain types of jewellery, like made to order, bespoke, or personalized items are excluded from returns, refunds or exchanges. However, every Agata Karwowska piece is covered by the full manufacturer's warranty for repair or replacement if it does not meet specifications or is found defective.

Exchanges

Agata Karwowska accepts exchanges on ready to ship items with the exception of exchanges attempted on non-returnable items. The best way to ensure a seamless exchange is to return the item you wish to exchange, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

Please allow up to 5 days for processing your return. You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected, and whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full payment to the original payment method charged at the time of purchase. 

Please allow a few days for the money to be deposited; this timeline may vary depending on your credit/debit card issuer or account provider.
